Lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Adam Ricker,
hails from the
small town of Delphos, Ohio. Born and raised in a small farming community,
Adam and best friend/bass guitar player Jay Gorman formed a small band and
played the local circuit throughout high school. After attending Ohio
State for 2 years, Adam packed up and moved once again to pursue his study of
music at Music Tech, a small technical university located in Minneapolis.
There he studied vocals and music theory which laid the foundation he needed to
make the final move to Music City. After just 2 short years of playing
Nashville's famous honky-tonks, Raisin' Cain was formed. |
